Who we are

Peaces Missing, LLC provides teen coaching, mentoring, and empowerment services in Rockford, Illinois and virtually across Illinois. Questions about this policy: info@peacesmissingllc.com.

What we collect

  • Booking: when you schedule a consultation or session, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and appointment details.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Contact form: your name, email, and message, delivered to us by our form provider (Web3Forms).
  • Coaching records: session notes, goals, and progress kept by the coach to provide the service.
  • Companion tools: if your teen uses the goal tracker, reflection prompts, or journaling tools, the entries they create — goals, reflections, mood notes — are collected to provide the service. We treat all of it as a minor's sensitive personal information.

Your teen's information

Our clients are minors, and we hold their data to a higher standard:

  • We never sell personal information — anyone's, ever.
  • We never share your teen's reflections, journals, or goals for marketing or advertising, and we use no advertising pixels or trackers on this site.
  • A parent or guardian consents before any client under 18 begins coaching.
  • Parent access rights: a parent or guardian may request a copy of, or deletion of, their teen's information at any time by emailing info@peacesmissingllc.com. Note that day-to-day progress updates are summaries (goals and growth), which preserves the trust that makes coaching effective.

Children under 13

Our services are designed for teens roughly 13–17 and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If a client under 13 were ever accepted, we would first obtain verifiable parental consent and meet the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information without that consent, email us and we will delete it.

Service providers

We share only what each provider needs to do its job: Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), and our website host. Each has its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that count visits without identifying visitors. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no ad networks.

Retention and deletion

We keep coaching records while a client is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete them. You can request deletion sooner at any time by emailing info@peacesmissingllc.com.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client information is limited to the coach.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be communicated to active families directly.
