What we provide

Peaces Missing, LLC provides life coaching, mentoring, and empowerment services for teens, delivered in person in the Rockford, Illinois area and virtually within Illinois.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is not an emergency service. If your teen is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), available free and confidentially, 24/7, or call 911.

Clients under 18

A parent or legal guardian must book services, provide consent, and remain the point of contact for every client under 18.

Scheduling and cancellation

Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. With 24 hours' notice there is no charge.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Founding Family Rate ($65/session) applies to the first ten families who enroll and continues for those families as long as they remain active clients.

Materials

Worksheets, prompts, and other coaching materials are for the client's personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Limitation of liability

Coaching depends on the client's own participation and effort, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaces Missing, LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
